- 뉴노멀 시대의 설교학적 교리 이해 -
코로나바이러스-19로 인해 우리는 이전과는 완전히 다른 환경 속에 살고 있다. 바이러스 가 초래한 가장 큰 변화는 비대면의 일상화이다. 신학은 새롭게 변화된 현실에 대해 통찰하 고 그에 근거한 대안을 제시해야 한다. 설교학 역시 이런 신학적 통찰을 제시해야 한다. 설교는 신학의 발현이며 청중의 삶으로부터 결코 분리될 수 없기 때문이다. 코로나-19로 인해 초래된 새로운 상황을 성찰하고 그에 대한 설교학적인 대안을 제시하면서 많은 설교학 자는 여전히 기독교를 기독교 되게 하는 것 – 복음, 믿음, 성경, 성령 – 에 초점을 맞추어야 한다고 제안한다. 본 연구자 역시 그들의 주장에 전적으로 동의하며 기독교를 기독교 되게 하는 것 중 하나로 교리에 초점을 맞추려고 한다. 교리는 우리가 지금 맞이하고 있는 현실의 문제에 대한 기독교적 해석과 대안을 제공하는 단초가 되며 기독교적 정체성 형성에 도움을 준다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 기독교 교리를 단순히 ‘교회의 가르침’만으로 정의하지 않고 보다 다양한 의미로 정의할 것이다. 본 논문에서 교리는 첫째, 해석의 전제, 둘째, 성경 해석의 틀, 셋째, 청중 해석의 틀, 넷째, 사건(이야기)에 대한 명제, 다섯째, 설교의 건강성 을 점검하는 체크리스트, 여섯째, 기독교 정체성 형성을 돕는 도구, 일곱째, 설교의 목적을 알려주는 표지, 여덟째, 상징의 기능을 하는 것으로 이해할 것이다. 이렇게 교리를 정의할 때, 교리는 설교를 풍성하게 하고 교회를 더욱 굳건히 세우는 데 일조할 것이라고 생각한다.
A Homiletical Understanding of Doctrines in t he N ew-N ormal Era
We have lived in the totally different environment caused by Covidvirus. The most changed aspect of our daily lives is the routinization of untact. One of tasks of theology is to reflect the changed situations and to suggest theological alternatives. Homiletics should do those reflective activities since preaching is related not only to articulation of theology but also to listeners’ lives. Many homileticians who explore the new situation incurred by Covid-19 cocnlude that we Christians should rethink of what makes Christianity Christan such as Gospel, faith, the Bible, and the Holy Spirit. Totally agreeing with their suggestions, this article argues that the Christian doctrine is the one which makes Christianity Christian. A doctrine can be a means to theologically analyze the changed situation and to develop Christian identity. This article, however, does not merely articulate the doctrine as teaching of the Church, but define oen that has several different meanings. It is the argument of this articule that the doctrine can be a theological presupposition, a hermeneutical means of the Bible and listeners, a proposition based on narrative, a checklist to check if a sermon is sound, a means for helping the development of Christian identity, a sign of the purpose of sermon, and a function of metaphor.
